2. What Camp Collective ATX Is

Camp Collective ATX is an independent online directory of summer camps in the Greater Austin, Texas area. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, employed by, or representing any camp listed on this Site. We are not a camp registration service, booking agent, or intermediary between parents and camps.

Our role is to help Austin parents discover camps. Registration, payment, and all other transactions occur directly between the parent and the camp.

3. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure camp listings are accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any information on this Site. Camp prices, schedules, availability, contact information, and program details change frequently.

Always confirm details directly with the camp before registering your child. Camp Collective ATX is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or outdated information in camp listings.

4. No Endorsement or Vetting

Listing on Camp Collective ATX does not constitute our endorsement, recommendation, approval, or certification of any camp. We do not inspect, vet, license, certify, or investigate the camps listed on this Site. It is your responsibility to research and evaluate any camp before enrolling your child.

Camp Collective ATX is not liable for any experiences, outcomes, injuries, losses, or damages arising from attendance at or interaction with any camp listed on this Site.

5. Camp Listings

Camp listings are sourced from publicly available information and voluntary submissions from camp operators. Camps do not pay to be listed in the basic directory. We reserve the right to include, exclude, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion.

6. User Submissions

If you submit a camp listing through our submission form, you represent that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the submitted information on the Site.

We reserve the right to review, edit, or decline any submission. Submission does not guarantee inclusion in the directory.

7. Intellectual Property

The original content on this Site — including our written descriptions, design, layout, and code — is owned by Camp Collective ATX and protected by applicable copyright law. Camp names, logos, and trademarks displayed on this Site belong to their respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our original content without written permission.

• Use the Site's data to build a competing directory without permission
